Performance Opportunities
The Disney Magic Music Days programme offers performance opportunities to amateur groups, with the aim of giving participants a glimpse into Disney's professional world of entertainment by offering them the unique, once in a lifetime experience of becoming a' Disney' performer for the day! Four main group types are eligible to apply: Instrumental, Choral, Dance & Marching Bands..
A Take Us 2 the Magic coordination team is assigned to each group to guide them through organising their visit and preparing for their 'Disney Magic Music Days' show, as well as taking care of them on their arrival and for the performance itself. A Disney technical team are also on hand to add those finishing touches and make sure everything runs smoothly for a magical experience they will never forget.
Disney Performing Arts Workshops
Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of a Disney Theatre? Or dreamed of being part of a Stage Show, a Band, or a Parade on Main Street USA®. Disney entertainers inspire audiences the world over with that “something extra”, so why not join us for an exciting new opportunity to open the door and discover the world of Disney Magic! Why not join us, and experience our innovative ‘Disney Performing Arts Workshop’ Programmes, designed to thrill and challenge today’s aspiring performers.
• Workshops require a minimum of 20 participants and are limited to 30 participants per session; larger groups may book more than one session to accommodate all participants
• Each workshop session will be facilitated by a Disney 'Professional'
• Sessions will last approximately 90 minutes, always ending with a Q & A opportunity
• Key learning's covered will include:
- Performance skills
- Effective preparation techniques
- Professionalism
- Team work
- Audition skills (reserved for 16yrs + categories)
